How do we correspond with a Cutting Edge virtual staff member that is working for us?

We try in everyway possible to make the process seem-less with your normal business processes. As the workers are not in your office we make every effort and provide every means possible for the best possible communications.

  • In the first instance you call our switchboard and enter the extension number of the staff member you wish to speak to. This number will be a UK local or national number.
  • For companies requiring more on-going communication with our staff, we integrate the client’s communications with our own, setting up a VoIP link between the client’s office and our own. There is then no call charges involved, but there may be a small set-up charge.
  • For call-centre solutions we must assess each case individually. Inbound/Outbound requirements will be assessed and the most cost-effective solution is offered.
  • All virtual assistants have full access to internet and email .
